Welcome! My name is Jill and nutrition is my passion. I work with businesses, schools, families and organizations in person in the Chicago area and online nationwide to promote wellness.
I have a strong desire to educate individuals and families on simple, effective ways they can live happier, healthier lives.
I became interested in health and nutrition throughout my Pilates journey. I had many clients and family members who needed help with their health issues. The more I researched that the foods we consume really do affect us overall. The more I realized how important not only good nutrition is but also exercise, a healthy lifestyle and attitude are as well.
The encouragement and practical tools I found in the Dr. Sears’ L.E.A.N. and PrimeTime workshops was the perfect solution to developing a sustainable healthy lifestyle for my family and easy to share with others.
Going L.E.A.N. (Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, Nutrition) was one of the best practices I have found to live a healthier lifestyle and become a role model for others who struggle. I feel sure my knowledge will help shape life-changing tools for my clients.
